Description: Teak Sealer maintains the golden color of Teak for an extended period.
Instructions for use:
- Before using Teak Sealer, it is necessary to wear eye protection and rubber gloves. Cover the work area before starting.
- New teak: first clean with our Teak Cleaner to remove part of the natural oils of the teak (or leave it outdoors for 2 weeks before treating it).
- Grey teak or teak treated with teak oil must first be cleaned with Teak Cleaner.
- If the cleaned wood feels rough, lightly sand it before treating it with Protector. Make sure the teak is 100% clean and free of dust.
- Shake and mix Teak Sealer for at least one minute before use. Insufficient shaking may cause an uneven coloration.
- It is recommended to test Teak Sealer on a small area (e.g., the back of a leg) to evaluate whether the color matches your expectations.
- Apply a very thin coat of Teak Sealer evenly on the furniture with a dust-free cloth. Apply a second very thin coat after 30 minutes of drying.
- It is recommended to treat furniture with Teak Sealer at least once a year.
